Terms of Service

Plain-language summary: you pay once for a time-limited (or lifetime) license to use the DUMPT desktop app on one machine. You are responsible for how you use it and for the servers you point it at. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the app has not been activated. Nothing here is legal advice; if you need certainty, have a lawyer read it.

1. The service

DUMPT ("we", "us") provides a website, a user dashboard and a Windows desktop application (together, the "Service") for working with FiveM resources: extracting resources from a connected server, decrypting FXAP-protected files you hold a valid grant or key for, repairing 3D models, obfuscating your own Lua scripts, de-obfuscating code with third-party AI providers, and scanning files for malicious code. The Service is provided to you under these Terms. By signing in with Discord or purchasing a plan you accept them.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Discord account; we do not store a password. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a plan. You are responsible for everything that happens under your Discord account and your license keys. Tell us immediately via Discord if you believe a key has been compromised.

3. Plans and payment

  • Plans are one-time payments processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; applicable taxes may be added by Stripe based on your location.
  • Day Pass, Weekly and Monthly plans grant access for 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days respectively from the moment of purchase. Lifetime grants access for as long as the Service operates.
  • Plans do not auto-renew. When a plan ends, your key stops working and the account returns to the Free tier. Buying a new plan issues a new key immediately.
  • Daily operation quotas per plan are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Quotas reset at 00:00 UTC. We may adjust quotas for new purchases; quotas for a plan you already paid for do not decrease during its term.

4. Refunds

Because plans are time-based digital access, refunds are limited. You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the license key has not been activated in the desktop app (that is, no hardware ID is bound to it). Once a key is activated, or after 24 hours, purchases are final, except where the Service was unavailable for most of your plan's term through our fault, in which case we will extend the plan or refund the unused portion at our discretion. Requests go through the Discord server. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us result in permanent suspension.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is a tool. You decide what to point it at, and you are responsible for that decision. You agree to use the Service only in ways that comply with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of the servers and platforms you interact with. In particular you agree not to:

  • use the Service to obtain, decrypt, redistribute or sell assets you have no right to, or to circumvent protections on work that is not yours and that you have no permission to access;
  • use the Security Scan or any other tool to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system;
  • share, resell, rent or publish license keys, or run one key on more than one machine at the same time;
  • reverse-engineer, tamper with or bypass the desktop app's licensing, quota or update mechanisms;
  • abuse the API, automate the dashboard, or load the Service in a way designed to degrade it for others.

We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, where we reasonably believe these rules were broken. Legitimate uses — recovering your own work, auditing servers you administer, security research with permission, and education — are what the Service is built for.

6. License keys and the desktop app

A key binds to the hardware ID of the first machine that activates it. You can reset the binding from your dashboard to move to another machine; repeated resets in a short period may be rate-limited to prevent sharing. The desktop app is licensed, not sold, for personal use for the duration of your plan. We may ship updates that are required to keep using the Service. Third-party AI providers used by the AI Cleaner (Groq, Mistral, Gemini) process the code you submit under their own terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that any particular file can be extracted, decrypted or repaired, that quotas, servers or third-party providers will be available at any time, or that output is free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for bans or penalties imposed on you by game servers or platforms, or for the content of resources you process.

DUMPT is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Cfx.re, FiveM, Take-Two Interactive or Rockstar Games.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced in Discord and apply to purchases made after the change. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this revokes your keys and deactivates your plan without refund. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice, in which case active time-based plans are refunded pro rata.
